I received my Lenovo LOQ 12TH gen 2024 varient ( Custom Built ) laptop on 1 August . Specs - i5-12450HX - RTX 4060 - 16 GB DDR5 RAM ( 8x2 ) - 1 TB QLC SSD Today it is August 18 and from past 18 days I've not faced a single issue with the laptop , and was amazed how well it was performing as I'm a Freelancer and professional VFX artist. I did the 170W Adapter Swap to 230W as it had battery drain issue and it was fixed after that. And mainly I recommend you this laptop eyes closed go for it. No doubt best deal. Their were only specific batch laptops which had motherboard dead issue and now if you order you get a clean built with 0 issues. I will recommend this laptop to every person who wants a 4060 with HX processor under 80k. Hope this helps you guys !!

The issue is with Nvidia graphics card not Intel .I have 4060 gpu and Intel 12450HX loq laptop.This issue can be overcome by 230 watt charger because brand provide only 170 watt I had asked for 230 watt charger and the given after I sent some screenshot of my battery drain issue.

Got the i5 12450hx and rtx 3050 variant day before yesterday. The laptop is a beast and the battery backup is also good with 2+ hours of battery life on normal usage.

Why don't they provide 230W chargers in the box. Why to go through these hassle. Better avoid loq.

bhai they took access to my system checked the battery condition said it was good and told me to calibrate my battery with a some steps to drain battery in bios mode which was quite a hassle and when a asked them to replace my charger they refused to change it

Worst service hai maine 2 bar complaint ki battery drain ka issue mera call bhi nahi utha rahe abhi customer care vale koi bhi ye laptop buy mat karna ekdum ye log khud pagal hai aur customer pagal banate hai to koi bhi mat lena ye laptop jis kisiko proof chahiye to mere pass recording aur screen recording dono hai
